Mercer is recruiting for an experienced Call Center Supervisor based in any of the following locations: Urbandale, IA, Franklin, MA or Houston, TX

Call Center Supervisor

What can you expect?

• This supervisor will oversee and supervise a team of call center Benefit Counselors and respond in a timely manner to phone and e-mail inquiries from consultants and clients to resolve customer issues
  
• This supervisor will also coordinate team, ensuring proper staffing, conduct performance evaluations, approve compensation, and drive professional development
  
• The person in this role will also conduct extensive research by reviewing all available internal resources and external client knowledge to answers inquiries and resolves problems
  
• They will assist leadership to develop and implement customer service strategies for clients through high quality and efficient responses, provide guidance to their team on how to respond to client inquiries by sharing extensive knowledge and experience, as well as suggest process improvements to management for consideration

We will count on you to:

• At least2 years' relevant supervisory or management work experience in a customer focus aligned call center
