The Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 is responsible for the daily activities across multiple service functions area. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 performs advanced administrative, operational, and customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Service Operations Representative3 contributes to the administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain an optimal wellness state by guiding members and families toward and facilitating interaction with resources appropriate for the care and well-being of members. The Consumer Service Operations Representative3 performs varied activities and moderately complexadministrative, operational, and customersupport assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

The Consumer Service Operations Representative3 decisions are typically focused on the interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Administration support experience in a healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with care and well-being resources
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Previous experience working in a call center like environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
  • Microsoft Access proficiency

  • The work hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm, weekdays and occasional weekends.
