About the Job:

The Certified Nursing Assistant's role is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as directed by clinical supervisors. You are the heart of the clinical team, providing direct care and activities of daily living for our residents that they cannot do for themselves. You will be rewarded with smiles and gratitude from the residents you provide care to!

Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Be a Certified, Registered or a State Tested Nursing Assistant.
  • Have the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self or others.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living.
  • Reports promptly to the nurse any changes in the resident condition.
  • Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
  • Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
  • Completes required educational offerings.
  • Have the ability to prioritize duties.
  • Have the ability to understand and follow work assignments.
  • Must be willing to work in facilities following infection control precautions and regular testing for COVID-19; vaccination is required due to company policy and state healthcare regulations.
  • Undergo background screenings for employment purposes. This includes a criminal and drug screening.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Have experience working in an assisted living or long-term care environment.
