CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
One of The Select Groups top clients is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join their team in a remote fashion. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience working with Change Management, specifically people change management. This will include having background using Captivate or Articulate to develop eLearning or computer based training. They would have an understanding of Adkar or Prosci methodologies. CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 4+ years of experience working in Change Management, specifically people change management.
• Must have experience developing eLearning or CBT (computer-based training) using Captivate or Articulate.
• Must have a strong understanding of business processes.
• Experience building knowledge articles.
• Understanding of Adkar or Prosci methodology.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This Change Management Specialist will be managing process changes and impact assessments across the enterprise.
• They will develop training material, building knowledge articles and rolling out change throughout the company.
