MISSION:

Promote the need to embrace a new culture of work (vision). Define and communicate the objectives of the organizational transformation. Sponsor the change initiative and empower the change team. Supervise and recognize progress and provide the vital means.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and lead anticipated and persistent resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create useful deliverables for the core change management plans: Stakeholder Plan, Impact Assessments, Communications Plan, Organization Design & Roles, and Training Plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and supervise change progress Qualifications
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Change management certification or designation strongly preferred

Skills Required:
  • Strong executive presence with a proven track record leading and facilitating meetings
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Must be a standout colleague and able to work collaboratively with and through others

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years in change management
  • Experience with and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies, and tools
  • A sound understanding of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a Plus
