Your new role
The job duties for the Chief Engineer will include, among others:
- Directly supervise maintenance activities and plant operations
- Implement and manage all preventative maintenance activities
- Oversee vendors/contractors and ensure all work is performed well and within designated budget
- Manage a team of 2

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Engineering experience at the Chief level within the healthcare/hospital domain is highly preferred
- Experience with co-gen plants is preferred
- Union management (healthcare) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or strong work experience relative to the role is needed
