Our client in is looking for a Cisco Telecom Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position by way of contract to hire. This is starting as a remote role and eventually will be 2-3 days on-site.

Position Description:

• Managing the team and telecom environment
• Manage the telecom resources (team of 5 and growing)
• Manage the day to day operations including projects, maintenance, and general telephony support
• Provide a broad spectrum of telecom engineering and implementation expertise for Cisco Unified Communications (provide direction to team on how to do it, and jump in as needed during issues)
• Vendor management (Verizon, Windstream, phone vendors)
• Ensure data integrity, quality

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree is a must for this role5+ years telephony
• 5+ years people leadership
• 5+ Cisco CUCM Administration, Call Manager
• 5+ years large scale VOIP (enterprise multisite, working on 5,000+ phones)
