As Itero Group continues to grow, we are looking to add a Client Delivery Director to our team. This individual would be responsible for selling complex process and technology solutions, overseeing the delivery of services, and helping shape the current and future offerings of the company. As a Client Delivery Director supporting Agile Practice efforts, you are responsible for identifying, managing, and delivering engagements for our clients. Delivery Directors are required to work with business customers and other client teams to meet all engagement objectives. This might include providing support for existing consultants, managing engagements, and/or providing direct billable work for our customers. You are expected to work directly with client sponsors to manage their engagements. The Delivery Director is expected to maintain appropriate utilization targets. Performance of these duties, along with performance against the objectives below, will be used to evaluate overall performance, merit increases, and promotion opportunities:
Ø Managing the successful delivery of your engagement(s) as measured by criteria in the relevant Statement of Work and/or the client expectations when not specified within the SOW.
Ø Manage the administrative tasks needed to run your projects, this includes a timely review of vacation requests, timely timesheets submission by your team, and timely submission of Action Request Forms (ARFs) to ensure proper processing by HR and Accounting.
Ø Building client relationships and positioning Itero Group with the client and ability to build client relationships will be gauged through multiple channels including on-site observations, client feedback, engagement reviews (internal/external), client status reviews, and strategic account planning sessions. In order to do this, it will be incumbent upon you to gain an understanding of Itero Group's capabilities, experience, and Client offerings.
Ø Attend and participate in Itero Group office and corporate events. This includes account planning sessions, Client Delivery meetings, and quarterly updates.
Ø Work with Client Delivery VP and account management to forecast headcount and resource demands for client engagements.
Ø Collaborate with recruiting and through your own personal channels to select and onboard engagement team members.
Ø Day to day management and oversight of engagement team members and responsibility for the retention and redeployment of resources. This includes managing and evaluating the performance of team members, both during the engagement and upon completion. Performance should be managed according to Itero Group standards including regular status reporting, 1-on-1s, 90-day check-ins, and annual performance reviews. You will be expected to publish a monthly report summarizing your team activities
Ø Responsible for the creation of repeatable solutions, products, and methods along with standard Client delivery contributions
