The Clinical Care Manager is a full time position who manages, supervises, coordinates, evaluates, and develops client care staff to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management within the scope of services and policies; Nurses Practice Act, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:
Follow all functions of the Registered Nurse job description in addition to managerial oversite to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate home care services. This position will coordinate new placements, provide oversite for personal assignments, and supervise client care. Additional functions will include collaborating on operating budget, staying up to date on community resources, new internal and external contacts, state regulations, agency policies, training staff nurses and home health aides on same information. Also data collection and interpretation for the company.
