Location: Columbia, MD
Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Pharmacist for one of our top healthcare clients. This role will be remote but you must resident within 50 miles of Columbia, MD.

• Location: Remote
• Start Date: 09/27
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 6p

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize prescription and medical claim data to generate clinical recommendations according to Medication Therapy Management and Retrospective Drug Utilization Review program protocols
• Provide clinical recommendations pertaining to, but not limited to, gaps in care, high risk medications, compliance and adherence, drug interactions, therapeutic substitution, and generic substitution
• Utilize client formulary information to guide appropriate medication recommendations
• Active participation in departmental meetings to improve clinical programs and enhance processes
• Assist with user acceptance testing for new clinical programs and system enhancements
• Call members to schedule consultation appointments
  

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license
• Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (But not Required):

• PharmD
• 2+ years Pharmacy work experience in retail / community pharmacy and / or PBM
• Prior call center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• ACPE MTM Specialist
• Certified Geriatric Specialist
• Board Certified Pharmacist
