Earn $55,000 annually

Position Details

This position will provide direction and manage effectively the clinical service delivery team using application principles of Social Work and/or Counseling to the day-to-day operations of assigned program(s). This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met. This position may also manage a small caseload.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree with a clinical concentration in the human services field.

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the human services field.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications, proven strong use of technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly.

• Have strong knowledge of addiction, treatment, and recovery and have a positive attitude and open approach to patients, staff, and visitors.
