Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for CNC Machinists.

Position type: Direct Hire, Full-time
Location: Syracuse, New York
Job/ Shift Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00 pm or 3pm to 12:30pm or 1:30am

As a CNC Machinist, you will:

• Read and interpret complex blueprints and operation sketches for machined and fabricated parts.
• Inspect parts to specifications and document results.
• Installing fixtures and setting work offsets.
• Using an offline tool pre-setter, prepare and set tools needed for machining operations.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose deviations and trends; adjust offsets to maintain quality product based on the analysis.
• Report machinery, tooling, or quality issues to supervisor.
• Run multiple machine centers as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in set-up and operation of multi axis CNC machinery; 4/5 axis horizontal mills and/or lathes and CNC Grind Machines
• High School Graduate or equivalent; technical certification or degree a plus.
• Ability to work from complex drawings containing GD&T.
• Ability to perform accurate manual inspections of parts produced.
• Solid understanding of G-code.
• Ability to program machines a plus.
• Experience with low volume, high mix production a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25-$40 per hour (with opportunity to earn overtime when working over 10-hours per day)
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
