Seeking a contract-to-hire worker who can work in a hybrid remote/on-site environment in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
* In conjunction with the Medical Device leadership team the incumbent will establish an internal communications strategy to ensure division priorities are effectively and consistently communicated to and engage 1,600 MD PS employees
* Plan, write, edit content for a variety of division channels and live events
* Support development of measurement plan, select and deploy measurement tools, and regularly assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of communications
* Support development and execution of select franchise and function internal communications plans to ensure awareness of business priorities and alignment with division messaging
* Partner with internal communication partners to ensure a collaborative approach is taken and local considerations are accounted for
* Other tasks and duties as assigned
