First Shift (United States of America)
Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary level and advises on compensation actions according to applicable compensation guidelines, policies, and regulations; participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship; writes new position descriptions and revises current ones; reviews proposals for new or revised job classifications to determine needs and to establish appropriate salary grades as warranted; develops recommendations to adjust salary structure in response to changing organizational needs and market values; analyzes current organizational pay practices and makes recommendations for salary changes to foster equity; assists in the development and implementation of salary administration guidelines; participates in development and administration of performance process as needed to ensure compliance with salary administration guidelines; researches, develops, and uses compensation programs and systems to support the organization's objectives; performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in compensation, human resources or human resources information systems, or a related field, and including one (1) year of full-time experience in data analysis; or
2. Associates degree and the equivalent of three (3) years year of full-time experience in compensation, human resources or human resources information systems, or a related field, and including one (1) year of full-time experience in data analysis.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Experience working in a Healthcare environment is preferred
Workday Experience preferred
