HAYS has partnered with a investment firm that acquires, renovates and operates multifamily properties to create quality yet affordable housing for families across the US.

Your new role
Supervise the property related to compliance competence, ensuring the property is in compliance with current Federal, State and/or local laws concerning the various affordable housing programs in which they operate.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ensuring that facilities and operations are in compliance with safety standards.
• Monitoring and implementing changes in HUD and LITHC regulations and requirements

• Determining financial eligibility for all new admissions into the affordable program
• Monitoring of re-certification notification letters in compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations
• Remain familiar with current U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ever changing Federal Regulations as they relate to Affordable Housing programs
