Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Learning Experience Development Manager and SME's to determine target audience's needs and performance goals
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate compliance training (eLearning, ILT, vILT) utilizing SAM methodology for instructional design projects
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Act as an advisor in the needs assessment, course design, implementation, and evaluation processes for any compliance training.
  • Will conduct research and make recommendations with regard to both, internal and external resources.
  • interact with external vendors
  • Assist with development of materials that enhance the learning process (audio (including voice recording), video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Develop communication and instructions (videos, documents) on successfully completing compliance training.
  • Createsurveys, tests and evaluations as needed to evaluate effectiveness of training
  • Upload content to, enroll users in and track training completion via Learning Management System(LMS)
  • Utilize the LMS to store course curriculum, capture program registration, assist users with completing training, and run reports on attendee completion status
  • Assist with training evaluation and analysis of multiple levels of training feedback including satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change and impact on business
  • Assist other eLearning Developers and team members by sharing knowledge and skills
  • Keep current with trends, best practices, new technologies, and emerging innovations in the learning and development sphere and implement solutions that develop talent.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of Learning & Developmentleadership


Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years'experiencewith adult learning,eLearning design and development, instructional design, professional development, curriculum development
  • 2-3 years' experience with Compliance Training
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a Learning Management Systems as an administrator
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education or related field
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint) and ability to storyboard
  • Experience working in screencast, animation and eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360,Vyond/GoAnimate, WalkMe)
  • Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories and proven working experience in instructional design (SAM design method preferred)
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills
  • MS Office required. Microsoft 365 knowledge a BIG plus(SharePoint, MS Stream)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizing and coordinating skills
  • Ability to work within budgetary guidelines and constraints
  • Ability to work towards clearly defined goals and objectives and to be accountable for progress towards/achievement of the goals
  • Must exhibit attributes of being appropriately assertive, enthusiastic, self-directed, and a team-oriented consensus-builder, with a commitment to wellness, health promotion, and chronic condition management
  • Promotes teamwork and collaboration by valuing, leveraging, and developing the broader team to achieve team and enterprise objectives

Salary Range: $73,000 - $90,000
