Qualifications
Job Summary
Provide computer support to clinicians in the daily operations of the computer devices and associated software applications. Demonstrate basic point-of-care device hardware and software operations and set-up, including accessory operations. Transmit, update and correct data in the system, as directed by clinical supervision. Generate computer reports and provide appropriate follow-up for missing or erroneous data.

Qualifications and Experience
•Associates degree or equivalent experience
•Minimum 3 years progressively responsible office experience required
•Previously demonstrated ability to learn and master a variety of software applications
•Accurate data entry skills
•Knowledge of medical terminology helpful
•Ability to communicate and train users on computer hardware and software
•Strong written, verbal and electronic communications skills
•Excellent customer service skills with ability to interact with a diverse population
•Ability to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential patient information
•Local travel may be required
