Job Summary/Basic Function:
Responsible for performing coordinative and administrative duties in the facilitation of support for the specified department.
Department Overview:
The Division of Extended Studies is on a mission to extend higher education beyond traditional boundaries. Our collaborative teams expand student access and improve student success with innovative programs that reach across our metropolitan area, Idaho and beyond. We facilitate online education, community-based programs, concurrent enrollment at high schools, summer sessions, continuing education programs and other lifelong learning options. Join us!

The CE program brings college classes to high school campuses in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. Students at the high school may enroll in approved classes for both high school and university credit. The Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator will oversee and implement the Fast Forward Advanced Opportunities program funding provided by the Idaho Department of Education. This position will assist partner school districts verify student enrollment for accurate allocation of approved student funds.

This position may have the opportunity to work hybrid where a mix of in-person work from a Boise State worksite and an alternative work location is utilized. Candidates must be able to work on-site as needed.
Level Scope:
Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.
Essential Functions:
• Contributing to divisional project teams, developing and implementing initiatives emerging from strategic planning.
• Coordinates the evaluation of program operations, course offerings, projects, processes, and procedures.
• Works collaboratively with various university faculty and staff to complete various program related projects in alignment with deadlines.
• Collects, manages, and edits data for academic program reports.
• Ensures availability and delivery of support services are provided to the programs.
• Develop, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate educational programs and training sessions, webinars, presentations, professional development offerings and in-person training.
• Analyzes data, generates and/or assists with, and disseminates periodic reports.
• Works collaboratively to set program goals and coordinates the evaluation of program operations, course offerings, projects, processes, and procedures.
• Responds to requests for information from faculty, staff, students, outside agencies, and community partners.

• Primary point of contact for implementation of Fast Forward funding for Concurrent Enrollment students.
• Collaborate with and support high school counselors and school district staff to confirm class offerings, student registrations, and student data. Collaborate with high school College and Career Advisors, high school counselors and principals to reconcile the Fast Forward student enrollment and funding request data.
• Monitor student accounts for necessary service indicators and holds. Place and remove holds as needed.
• Coordinate CE registration cycle for fall, spring, and summer terms including procedures and timeline in DualEnroll.com. Update course offerings by high school location per term.
• Oversee DualEnroll.com software, current version and upcoming versions as the CE representative. Work closely with Extended Studies Customer Services Unit and Business Manager to manage workflow changes, testing, and creating training material.
• Respond to questions from students, parents, teachers, and partner high school staff regarding registration and program partnerships on an ongoing basis. Respond in a timely manner to inquiries via phone and email regarding the registration process.
• Work with and train CE staff on DualEnroll.com procedures.
• Work with and train CE instructors on the registration process using DualEnroll.com.
• Assist with classroom presentations during the fall and spring registration periods.
• Assist in updating the High School Statistics reports used to keep high school officials updated on student enrollment and student success data by the school district.
• Attend high school parent nights and share information about concurrent enrollment.
• Assist with maintaining current program promotional materials in print and on the web.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range of $45,900 - $52,500.
