Location: Chandler, AZ
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Construction Engineer in Chandler AZ

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• This engineer position will track and drive network site development activities needed to build out the Wireless 5G networks.
• This individual will work closely with the Transport, Construction and SP Engineering teams on design and fiber planning.
• Role will also lead meeting and initiatives to support driving activities from NTP to site activation.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to establish project designs, scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Expected to work largely unsupervised to effectively prioritize multiple competing activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism by promptly responding to e-mail and phone calls, managing weekly deployment meetings, clearly explaining issues, providing updates, maintaining records, and working with other departments. Use data to drive decisions and use influence to drive peer behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Ability to proactively identify potential problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate creative solutions to problems.
