We are an industry leader in infrastructure construction and rehabilitation, remodeling and repair work, as well as alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build Construction, Job Order Contracting, and Construction Manager as Contractor. We have substantial construction experience in heavy civil transportation (including major highways, bridges, and mass transit systems), public works projects, municipal structures, commercial properties, and private organizations, and we serve both the public and private sectors. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and assist with projects in Indiana.
What You Will Be Doing As the Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also having the ability to gain new business from both existing and potential clients. You will act as a leader, focused on collaboration and teamwork for the entirety of your projects including managing the budget, schedule, purchasing process, and overall project quality. You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders including PM's, architects, subs, and owners.

Role can be based out of Lafayette or Indianapolis.
What You Need for this Position - 6+ Years Commercial Construction Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred
- Experience managing Job Order Contract projects preferred
- Knowledge of LEAN principles a plus
- Experience in handling multiple projects at once with values surpassing $20m
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with scheduling, delegating tasks, budgeting, and negotiating contracts
- Proven track record of leading construction crews to complete projects ahead of schedule and under budget
- Safety-first mindset to collaborate with Superintendents on safety plans
