We are seeking Director, Senior Consultants , and Consultants to join our Healthcare Consulting team across the United States. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a dynamic practice build for entrepreneurial, highly driven individuals with a passion for solving healthcare industry challenges. The roles will require using industry knowledge, management consulting rigor, as well as operational process and financial performance expertise, to deliver data and analytics-driven results for our clients.

They constantly apply strong technology, analytical, and communication skills to produce meaningful deliverables, findings, and expert reports to support our clients.

The Team And Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a minimum of 1 - 7+ years of work experience delivering healthcare consulting, analysis, or business intelligence services from an expert, advisory and/or operational lens, covering a broad spectrum of healthcare organizations (i.e., health systems, payers, physician practices, portfolio companies, legal, etc.) and situations. Educational background and/or experience should include the ability to utilize innovative analytical tools (e.g., Python, BI, SQL, etc.) and business acumen to identify and track trends in data for healthcare clients. The candidate should also have a team-first mindset and able to integrate into high-performing, interdisciplinary teams to develop dynamic analytical solutions and meet project milestones.

Job Responsibilities

• Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients
• Will help lead complex healthcare consulting engagements
• Interacting with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
• Managing analyses, including determining appropriate methodologies and building and reviewing models and dashboards
• Providing insight and expertise on industry targets, market, and competitor information
• In an expert role, draft expert reports/rebuttals and/or review and analyze reports of opposing experts

Required Qualifications

• Possess strong independent work ethic and team leadership skills
• Perform the day-to-day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel and J.S. Held team members
• Work with relational database programs (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.), other technology tools and templates to assess and quantify the areas of healthcare industry and/or analytic focus
• Apply Deep analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) and critical thinking skills leveraging industry experience to various engagements
• Articulate our findings to client/counsel and to assist in strategic planning of ongoing engagements
• Maintain detailed work paper records of assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasks
• Track record of successfully delivering quality work product within established timeframes
• Open to travel as needed, travel requirements will vary based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using technology, business intelligence (e.g., Tableau) and automation tools (e.g., Python) to create efficiency and develop dynamic solutions
• Experience managing quantitative analysis leveraging relational database programs (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $75,000 - $170,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
