Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager

Position type: Contract
Duration: 6 months plus
Location: Remote

Works on projects of moderate to large scope. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Decision-making and independence is involved but limited. Manages Project Life cycle of the Customer Project(s). Manages Customer and Vendor Invoicing and Billing. Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, leading, and reporting on project activities within the Professional Services Organization. Responsible for drafting, publishing, and updating meeting minutes and action items. Driving critical items to closure is required. Candidate will be joining an existing team, and will be responsible to follow an existing, agreed-upon process for discovery, design, documentation, and implementation. Must be able to come up to speed quickly on an existing projects. Position is responsible for interfacing with Manager, PM Lead, program team, and customer representatives. Responsibilities include providing recommendations to PM Lead & management on schedules, implementation issues, and plan changes. This position does not include the management of other employees.

Contact Center Project Managers need to be knowledgeable on the following technologies:
• Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
VXML Development
• Web Application Development
• Interactive Voice Response Units
• Defect Management
• Intelligent Call Routing
• Agent Desktops
• Work Force Management
• Quality Management

Minimum Qualifications:
• Mid-level Project Manager Professional (PMP) strongly desired / required
• Working knowledge of Contact Center Solutions
• 4 to 6 years of experience managing Contact Center Solutions
• Communications and documentation skills with Customers
o Addressing Risks, Issues, Actions, Status Reporting
• Excellent presentation skills in front of executives and technical audiences
• Project Schedule creation and maintenance
• Able to ensure high quality deliverables referenced in the project schedule, maintaining adherence to delivery best practices
• Demonstrate clear and consistent ownership and accountability for the delivery of the project as represented in the Statement of Work, including, but not limited to:
o Requirements development and scope management
o Project schedule development, management and tracking
o Resource management and time tracking
o Project financial management and tracking
o Project risk management
o Project issue management
o Project communication / reporting management

Pay Range*: $70- $75
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
