Position : Contingent Workforce Advisor
Location : Tempe, AZ (work from home)
Type : Contract
We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Advisor for our client, a leader in the Financial Services Industry and Fortune 500 company.
Partner with leaders and the external supplier community to effectively acquire and onboard contingent workers.
Identifying and completing contractor resource transitions including renewal of assignment, repurposing to new assignment, or termination of assignment.
Support Contingent Workforce Advisors with requisition processing steps.
Schedule Interviews for contractor applicants.
Administrative tasks related to contractor acquisition, billing and invoicing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in an HR recruiting capacity.
Strong Communication skills.
Strong Organizational skills.
Collaborative, adaptable, flexible team orientation is required; must be flexible to take on new or different tasks depending on varying workload.
Ability to set priorities while managing multiple projects or tasks at once.
Experience with a candidate management system (ATS)
Competitive Hourly Rate - DOE
Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits- eligible on the 1st of the month following your first 60 days of employment.
