Our client, a well-established global media company, is seeking a Contract Compensation Consultant to join their New York team. Your responsibilities in this role will include conducting compensation analysis and data evaluation, reviewing external salary and marketplace data to ensure company practices are competitive, analyzing compensation surveys and collecting data to support the creation of policies, and preparing compensation and budget recommendations across multiple markets. Other day to day responsibilities will include ensuring compensation practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations, preparing presentations and reports on compensation and marketplace data, and gathering competitor insights, reviewing benefits packages, 401k, and other benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment, a strong ability to produce and deliver successful work product, is proactive and can prioritize while managing multiple projects at once, has exceptional communication skills, is able to analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations, and works well in a collaborative setting. Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Compensation and Benefits
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with Compensation, HRIS, and database management, Workday preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
