Our client, a commercial property management company, is actively seeking a temporary Guest Services Associate! This person will sit at the front desk of a busy high-rise here in Philly, vibrant communication skills are a must!

About You:

• 1+ years of experience in a professional office setting (internships count!)
• Bright communication skills with the proven ability to build professional relationships quickly
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on details
• Exhibit professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

The Job:

• Greet all incoming tenants and help to answer any questions or solve problems
• Manage building calendar which includes scheduling conference rooms, trainings, and events
• Frequently updating the building's internal website with relevant information and need to know tenant details
• Prepare, print, and distribute materials for events and meetings onsite
• Organize inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and presentable front desk at all times
