Beacon Hill Associates is currently looking for a Contract Recruiter to work for an IT Services firm. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers. He/she will play an active role in coaching managers to select the best talent and will be a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and overall recruitment process. This candidate must have finance, and accounting recruiting experience. This is contract opportunity that is seeking a candidate that can work a hybrid position with 3 or more days in their Chicago office and the other days can be worked remotely from home.
