Our client, a high growth start up in the biotech space, is looking for an experienced Recruiter for a long-term contract position. This role will own full cycle recruiting for corporate functions. Looking for a top caliber recruiter with strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management & relationship building experience, and someone who be a thought partner to hiring managers navigating complex hires in a challenging job market. No prior biotech experience needed- great opportuntiy for someone looking to break into this space! The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including some prior experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial organization.

This person will need to be on-site at the company's Boston office 3 days/week, with flexibilty to work remote for up to two days/week.
