Our client, a well-established and growing retail organization in New York City, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to help support their growth over the next six months. In this role, you will support full life cycle recruiting for various retail leader roles, as well as corporate retail positions such as Designers and Merchandisers. The ideal candidate has retail, fashion, or consumer goods experience and can work well independently to manage full lifecycle recruiting in a high-touch, customer-service oriented environment. Requirements:

• 3+ years' recruiting experience, retail industry experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to identify strong talent through creative sourcing capabilities
• Strong customer-service orientation
