Our client, a top global media company, is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join their team. In this remote position, you will handle candidate facing full lifecycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, maintaining data in Applicant Tracking Systems, and ensuring compliance with EEO and Diversity policies. Other day to day tasks include utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and resources such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and diversity-oriented sites and blogs, developing a strong network of technology talent, and continuous research on marketplace trends and changes relevant to functional technology expertise and demographics. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate recruiting experience-preferably across technical functions, strong prioritization and problem solving skills, exceptional communication skills, experience working with ATS and CRM technology, experience utilizing social media for sourcing and branding efforts, and an ability to work both in a team setting and independently with little direction. Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a large corporate setting, sourcing across technical functions preferred
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive recruiting plans
• Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to analyze candidate profiles to determine appropriate matches
