Our client, a leader in transportation services is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join their team in Langhorne. This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon entry level who is eager to learn more about world of Recruiting!

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this position
• 1+ year of experience working in an office setting
• Vibrant written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

Day to Day:

• Work with the Manager on day to day recruitment efforts
• Identify hiring needs and create sourcing plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Assist with the screening and qualification process
• Collect personal information, associated licenses, and review qualifications with all candidates
• Help create agent specific recruiting campaigns
