Downtown loop law firm is looking for a Contracts Review Attorney.

1. Reviewing and analyzing OCGs (Outside Counsel Guidelines) and MSAs (Master Service Agreements), tagging them accordingly, transferring them over to the new software and categorizing the terms of the OCG correctly in the new software
2. Licensed or formly licensed attorney
3. Intapp experience is a plus
4. Full-time, remote position
