Controller * Job Title: * Controller
* Location: * Vancouver, WA (Could be Hybrid depending on the candidate but we'd prefer you to be on-site daily)
* Salary: *$90k-$110k

Our team has spent the last 30 years shaping the Pacific Northwest and building landmarks in the Commercial and Residential Realm. We are a close-nit, fast paced team that is in the process of scaling our business updated with a handful of large projects underway. As we grow, we're looking to add a Controller to Mentor our more junior staff, work alongside our CFO, and take ownership over our Accounting Process.
What You Will Be Doing Strong ability, answer the person and colleague. Mentor. Tax and assisting internal controls.
Establishing internal controls and separation of duties.
point person for Accounting questions.
Ad-Hoc reporting.
What You Need for this Position *MUST HAVE *
5+ years of Full-Cycle Accounting Experience
Experience managing or mentoring others (Either as a Senior, Manager or Controller).
Be humble and able to adapt if/when needed. We are in the process of scaling up and continuing to build our team. This is an opportunity for career growth within our org over time as well!
Experience with: Month End Close, Forecasting, Budgeting, General Accounting + Reconciliation.
