Jessup Systems division of KOCH Finishing Systems is a leading provider of turnkey automated plating equipment. We are currently looking for experienced Controls Engineers with industrial automation experience.

Essential Duties Include:

• Develop electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principles and involvement in presentation of the solution to customer.
• Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases
• Support manufacture, build and validation of systems which include pneumatics, servos, VFD's, relays, communication networks, touchscreens, pushbuttons, and robotic integration
• Create customer documentation such as user manuals, programming diagrams, network diagrams, and electrical drawings

Required Skills:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong working knowledge with Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix 5000,500
• Working experience and knowledge with GE Fanuc, Modicon, Siemens, Square D, Telemechanique PLCs
• Must have Rockwell programming experience
• Must have Control Panel Design experience
• Strong fundamental knowledge of control and electrical system design and its application in automated industrial designs including specification of vision, power, sensor, inspection, and communications systems
• Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in high output environment
• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
