Nature of Work
This position is responsible for coordinating the company's e-mail, direct mail, telemarketing campaigns and promotional offers via CRM and E-Commerce initiatives. Overall responsibility for the daily tasks associated with testing, scheduling, deploying (including target definition and generation), and monitoring targeted campaigns and offers using customer relationship management applications (currently E.piphany) for all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
Campaigns
Coordinates the creation, selection, testing, deployment and analysis of company's consumer email and web-based marketing campaigns, including Direct Mail and Telemarketing, using CRM applications leveraging the company's datamart to improve revenues.
Executes all scheduled outbound communications for all channels, including selection of target lists.
Collects, monitors and maintains appropriate campaign data to track responses and analyzes the effectiveness of all campaigns and programs, including key lessons learned, and ROI analysis. Maintains company's Feedback Loop processing.
Offers
Hands-on responsibility for coordinating data, testing personalized offers for all channels via CME and E-Commerce initiatives. Scheduling, monitoring and maintain offers for all channels.
Daily tasks associated with scheduling, deploying (including target definition and generation), and monitoring targeted web marketing campaigns using customer relationship management applications (currently E.piphany)
Maintains the companies Area Of Influence tool. Includes troubleshooting inventory display and enhancing alternate inventory options.
Coordinates with stakeholders on campaign launch dates, promotion criteria, offer testing and deployment.
Reporting tasks as needed. Works with IT to ensure timely deployment and accurate reporting.
Assist and support the Online Marketing department with projects and other initiatives
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Must possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent education or experience.
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational and project management skills.
Must possess excellent computer skills: Familiarity with statistical analysis and query tools such as SAS, SQL in addition to Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) a plus
Must possess an understanding analysis.
Must have demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in cross-functional teams, and remain flexible in fast paced and changing environment.
Excellent oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
