The Corporate Accounting - Benefits Specialist position provides technical accounting and financial analysis for various ledgers within a matrix manufacturing organization, having high visibility and exposure to senior management. This key team member will manage the administration of all benefits and retirement programs. The position will work a HYBRID work model and be a part of our Corporate Accounting Team in Racine, WI.

The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $97,000.00

Responsibilities

• Resolve accounting and required adjustments to the current and post-retirement Benefit Reserves based on actuarial reports
• Prepare corresponding journal entries, analysis, and reconciliations
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the legal entity's financial documents
• Provide accounting, analysis, and support services to other departments and organizations as needed
• Confirm compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements
• Make recommendations for process improvements and keep standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years technical accounting experience in a variety of accounting roles, including but not limited to: general accounting, account reconciliations, corporate accounting, and manufacturing cost accounting
• 2+ years experience with IFRS & GAAP

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA
• Working knowledge or SAP or similar system
• Working knowledge of BlackLine or similar system
