Unique opportunity for a tenure-track faculty counseling position. The chosen candidate will join a dedicated team of six professional counselors who provide holistic academic, career and personal counseling for students. Responsibilities include crisis and short-term counseling, career assessment, academic advising, university transfer planning, career exploration, case management, disability and mental health support for students.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.

Licensed professional (minimum LPC or equivalent, LCPC or equivalent preferred)

Three to five years experience working in an educational or counseling setting.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations.

Preferred

Experience working in a college/higher education setting.

Significant experience working with individuals with disabilities and related agencies/organizations.

Masters-level coursework in career counseling and/or experience with career assessments.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
