Description::
Provide analytical support to the Business and Ag Banking departments to ensure client service standards are met and credit risk analysis is completed in compliance with applicable standards, policies, procedure, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include spreading and analyzing financial statements, preparing less complex credit presentations, and risk management activities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to demonstrate and consistently model company values, company Leadership Competencies and foster and inclusive work environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external customers

• Operate standard office equipment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide analytical support to the Business and Ag Banking departments which includes spreading and analysis of financial statements; preparing and assisting in the formulation of Small Business and/or less complex agriculture credit presentations; and other risk management activities.

Identify and address moderately complex issues or questions and ensure complex situations are forwarded to the appropriate bank employee(s) for resolution.

Support, advance and meet department quality service standards. Exhibit a personal desire to serve and a willingness to exceed client expectations for prompt, efficient service.

Minimize fraud related losses by maintaining constant awareness and reacting prompting to suspicious activity and deceptive practices. Follow established company guidelines for identification and reaction to suspicious activity and fraud.

Complete all applicable compliance training and/or sales tutorials within established achievement levels and timelines.

Interact constructively and effectively communicate with all constituents. Present information in a clear, concise manner.

Operate Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment.

Demonstrate a commitment to Company's risk management approach including compliance with all applicable industry regulations, state and federal regulations,company's policies and procedures, and competition of all required training which supports compliance throughout.
