RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client located in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their Collections Department.Responsibilities will include:- Collect on all delinquent customer accounts within assigned credit portfolio
- Provide customer service by processing customer payments, adjustments, refunds, and resolving discrepancies
- Make sound and consistent decisions regarding order releases and account credit holds
- Identify accounts needing adjustment to their credit limit
- Work closely with branches and sales force in communicating account issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of Credit Collections experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Team player
- Strong communicator
- Word and Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated skills to multi-task in high paced environment
- Ability to make sound decisions based on all the facts in a given situation
