Position Overview:
The Account Manager is an inside, sales-intensive position focused on overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from Onboarding to Growth to ultimately Customer Success and the Retention and Negotiation of Contract Renewals of existing customers.What you will do and achieve:

  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from Onboarding to Growth to ultimately Customer Success, Retention, and Revenue Growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size customers and work closely with the customer and internal departments such as the Customer Success and Sales teams to meet Customer expectations and assure their success with the LightBox solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify/recommend upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customers' industry and business challenges and foster relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to appropriately map LightBox solutions to their business cases and strategy
  • Actively seek opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and referral generation within your accounts, and closely monitor "at risk" accounts and ensure renewal and/or proper handling.
  • Deliver regular account reviews with customers and provide strategies to optimize return on investment
  • Implement programs that monitor accounts to increase and deepen product usage to maximize overall value to the customer, and secure high customer satisfaction, renewals and long-term account growth
  • Draft and negotiate technology, service and sales contracts as well as manage the contracts administration process
  • Ensure customers are plugged into all resources LightBox has to offer, whether it is training, support services, new release information, events, or best practices
Who you are:Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing role (Account Management, Professional Services, Consulting, Sales), preferably at a B2B SaaS company

  • Outstanding organization, communication (verbal, written, presentation), analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Have a knack for quickly understanding technical products and explaining complicated concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Passionate about the application of technology to solve critical business problems
  • Proven track record performing in dynamic environments and managing multiple, extremely varied tasks with tight deadlines
  • Go-getter, and a team player willing to go the extra mile and with a strong work-ethic. Ability to maneuver around / over internal and external obstacles to achieve goals

Other Desirable Attributes
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company, strongly preferred
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate space, preferred
  • IT, product, project management skills, a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for extended, continuous periods of time
  • Communicating via telephone and email
  • Flexible to travel up to 10% of the time
