IMMI is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support our sales and product team. This role will serve as a liaison to our customers to provide support on current products, new product development and application projects. Using excellent customer service skills, you will work closely with the external customers and internal teams such as sales, engineering, product, and operation team to facilitate and implement resolutions for the day-to-day tasks and order new products as requested.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and maintain relationships that support existing business for assigned accounts.
  • Document, research, and process inquiries from customers relating to change management, products, pricing/quoting, existing contracts, and quality.
  • Provide customer intelligence updates on a regular basis.
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day pricing for existing customers.
  • Process quotes, change orders, and cost requests.
  • Enter and maintain customer data including contracts, trip reports, and other customer activity within the Oracle and Salesforce systems.
  • Assist with commercial issues and communications on quality.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, as needed.
  • Provide forecasting support on build rates.
  • Work with sales operations to develop annual sales budget and quarterly updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering or operations related major
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, ordering, logistics for commercial vehicles, construction machinery accounts, and/or automotive.
  • 2 to 5 years in quoting and day-to-day pricing/contract management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and/or document management systems preferred.
