The responsibility of the customer service representative is respond to our customer's needs and communicate those needs to the company's management team and service technicians

REQUIREMENTS
* Pleasant, positive, professional attitude
* Adept at building rapport with customers and have a customer-centric thought process
* Capacity to deal with frequently-changing priorities
* Temperament to handle stress effectively: remaining calm and focused in a hectic environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities
* Detail oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

DUITES
Customer Service
* A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan.
* Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
* Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
* Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
* Able to be On-Call during non-working office hours every 6 -8 weeks for a full week

Dispatch
* Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours.
* Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
* Track service vehicles via Samsara
* Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
* Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
* Accurate and timely resolve Customer Inquiries

* Superior computer skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of Field Force Manager, Ascente, and Traverse.
