Responsibilities

Requires professional handling of inquiries, appointment scheduling, and cash register sales. Responsible for greeting and maintaining the security for all those entering the facility; including members, clients and class participants. Assists various departments within Health Place.
Qualifications

Required Minimum Education

• High School diploma

Required Minimum Experience

• Minimum 1-year experience as receptionist/secretary/retail clerk in a health care setting or other fast paced environment

Required Minimum Skills

• Positive Customer Service Skills both in person and on telephone. Multi-tasking, Good computer skills. CPR is required but can be obtained during probation
