Job Description:

As a Data Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights to enhance business processes, improve work methods, deliver financial benefits, and enhance our customers' shopping experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise direct reports, and contribute to the success of our e-commerce initiatives. Additional Information

• The candidate may need to visit stores as needed.
• Experience Required:
• Looking for candidates with 3-5 years of Power BI experience.
• Initiative and Efficiency:
• Seeking someone who will take on initiatives and recommend process improvements.
• Hybrid Role:
• The team is onsite Monday to Wednesday and works remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
• Candidates must be in or around the Cincinnati area.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and solidify data processes and quality.
• Assist in developing business reporting.
• Increase data availability, standardization, and automation processes.
• Problem-solve and investigate issues.
• Participate in all phases of system testing within an Agile project.
• Complete estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead Analytics Team:

• Assist in leading the analytics team to develop data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and simplify work methods.
• Drive improvements that enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Supervise and Coach:

• Supervise and coach direct reports.
• Conduct performance excellence discussions and provide feedback.

Support E-Commerce Savings:

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to achieve savings targets (90M).

Power BI Support:

• Provide support to over 19 workspaces and 5,000 users in Power BI.

Data Architecture Ownership:

• Own the data architecture for Pickup Reporting.
• Consolidate datasets and reports to reduce technical debt.
• Enhance user experience through insightful reporting and KPIs for e-commerce.

Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP):

• Partner to build out the Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP).
• Support the rollout of the gold layer and adapt reporting accordingly.

Business Solutions:

• Consult with business specialists to recommend potential business and technology solutions.

Financial Impact Reporting:

• Work with the Finance department and Innovation team to document reporting needs.
• Visualize the financial impact of process improvements.

Strategic Alignment:

• Partner with the vice president and senior leadership to understand business priorities.

Application Support:

• Provide support for key applications showcasing e-commerce reporting.

Observations and Measurements:

• Travel to divisions and stores to observe and create performance measurements.
