RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Scientist in Greenwood Village, CO. Statistical modeling is the primary focus of this role, involving extensive work with clustering, regression analysis, and related metrics. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate the insights and significance derived from the data.Overview:We are a team of data professionals focusing on enhancing the Mobile Customer experience. Our diverse department includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and various other skill sets in between. Mobile services represent the fastest-growing segment in our telecommunications portfolio. The impactful work we do is highly visible and contributes significantly to our client's objectives. Our analyses have played a key role in expanding our Mobile Hotspot network and deploying our standalone 5G cellular network.One of the most rewarding aspects of our roles is the direct impact our work has on improving the customer experience. We are strategically positioned to support both Product and Engineering/Technical teams, providing comprehensive insights into our customers' behavior and interactions with our network.REQUIREMENTS:
- Data Science/Statistics analysis experience, specifically clustering algorithms, and regression
- Python libraries for data visualization (Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- SQL
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- AWS
- Effective Communication
- Analysis Presentation
- Self-starter
- Curious
- Telecom industry experience
- Shell and Linux command lines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
