DECISION ANALYTICS MANAGER

We seek a Decision Analytics Manager to join ZS in Indianapolis, Indiana. Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. As a Manager, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Partner with client leads to develop applications of current data and analytics processes
• Develops or oversees proposal development to ensure methodological soundness;
• Work closely with ZS client teams to lead client business development and client relationship development across our key client accounts;
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget;
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes;
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds;
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment;
• Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior team members within ZS;
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.

Qualifications:

• MBA with a bachelor's (and often graduate) degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline, such as Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Engineering. Alternately, candidates may possess a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences or related field with a business application. In lieu of an MBA or PhD, 7-10 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
• Up to 5 years of post-MBA relevant work experience, and 3-5 years of pre-MBA relevant work experience, with evidence of strong analytic work (including use of advanced modeling techniques and tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA
• Experience with AI/ML models and with cloud infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data, analytic use cases and advanced data science approaches/impact for med tech and life science businesses
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams both in person and virtual
• Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
• Analytic problem solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
• Client service orientation

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
