Provides analytical and technical expertise for the Decision Support team. Expected to maintain a high level of understanding and demonstrate extensive knowledge in financial data, analysis, and reporting systems. Works in partnership with various UVA Health teams to accomplish strategic objectives. Exemplifies professional behavior at all times.

• Assists with the maintenance and development of the financial reporting system including reporting structure, security requests, end user education, and best usage recommendations. Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Provides financial analysis on system wide projects for the greater Financial Planning team and UVA Health leadership.
• Prepares detailed reports, data, analytics, and actionable business insights relating to business planning and business performance improvement efforts.
• Exercises sound judgment in recommendations of financial decisions.
• Collaborates on the development and delivery of professional presentations that influence senior leadership decision making.
• Willingly adapts to organizational change and models commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $59,072.00 - $94,515.20 Annual

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: 2 years relevant experience.
Licensure: CGMA and PMP preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
