Pega Decision Consultant (REMOTE)

The Select Group is seeking a Certified Pega Decision Consultant for their top telecommunication client. For this role, The Decisioning consultant will be responsible for the configuration visionary across our client's team and will be responsible for driving the defining implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks.

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting and facilitating the delivery of large-scale technology-led business change programs.
  • 4+ years of Pega software experience (including Pega Customer Decision Hub.)
  • Excellent communication
  • Must be PEGA Decision Consultant Certified
Day-to-day responsibilities/expectations:
  • Lead and evangelize optimal use of modeling insights, analysis, simulation, measurement, and reporting to maximize the effectiveness of strategies, return on investment, and customer experience.
  • Lead business and/or technical streams to success on Decisioning and Analytics engagements.
  • Lead business and/or technical streams to design and implement Decisioning and Analytics solutions/applications.
  • Provide thought leadership to team members and clients across business and technical project dimensions.
  • Create the decision architecture (Decision Logic/Strategy Logic) which integrates seamlessly with our complex technical stacks and provides technical leadership on decision architecture and best practices on our Pega platform.
  • Design core decisioning logic for real-time marketing based on business requirements.
  • Designing as well as configuring rules, flows, propositions, and decision Logic.
  • Communicate technical concepts, problems, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences as well as translate business requirements and offer information into decisioning software logic designs.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required reference data for the decision logic, including any offer compatibility, and assisting in creating post-implementation support documentation.
  • Commitment to success by ensuring that the delivered product is fully functioning, performs to requirements defined and approved by the business and meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Interface with key stakeholders to evangelize the platform and unlock profound new capabilities in the Pega-driven Customer Decision Hub.
