RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Kirkland, WA that is looking for a Desktop Manager Consultant for 4-6 months to support a service optimization program directed by the CIO. There are new staff and management with a small team and there is a focus needed to improve desktop resolution, service turnaround, processes, ticket resolution, etc.Summary:We are looking for someone who has done this at several organizations and is strong in Change Management and documentation. This client would consider someone 100% remote, although ideally, they would like a candidate who is located in the Seattle area and can work part on-site and part remote.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Desktop Management role leading teams of 10-15
- Experience with several clients in establishing improved desktop team response and service levels, optimizing processes, turn around equipment fixes and ticket resolution quicker
- Have a strength in documentation and change management in the desktop team, processes environment
- Willing to work a hybrid on/off site
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
