Our client, a prestigious university located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Development Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in an internal department. This person will be responsible for providing complex administrative and logistical support for Advisors, with a range of responsibilities that include calendar and travel management, complex itinerary and meeting preparation, expense processing and documenting donor activity.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and review calendars for two Advisors, including travel
arrangements, scheduling appointments, preparing complex itineraries, and securing
transportation and hotel reservations.
* Process expenses, including preparation of forms such as requisitions, travel vouchers,
requests for payments, and any other expense-related reports on behalf of staff members.
* Coordinate virtual and in-office meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, creating and disseminating agendas, preparing meeting materials, and managing media and audio-visual needs.
* Regularly update a log of contact reports, tasks, and senior leaders' correspondence.
* Perform a full range of administrative support duties including preparing and tracking shipping, copying materials, responding to inquiries, maintaining filing systems, providing information to
internal and external contacts.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the value of creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time role compensating up to $24/hour. Hours for this position are 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Minimum of three years' administrative, office, or related experience required, preferably providing administrative support and database management in fundraising, higher education or other non-profit setting.
