Schedule:Rotating Shift
As Diet Clerk, PRN, you will:
-Obtain meal orders from patients using customer, telephone and computer skills.
-Coordinates patient diet information with tray line, diet office, dietitians.
-Coordinates supply orders for hospital departments.
Shift: Candidate must be able to work either day or evening shift, starting as early as 6:00 am or 12 noon. The candidate must also be able to work on weekends and holidays.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
One year of food service and/or telephone operating/customer service experience
Nutrition knowledge of therapeutic diets beneficial, but not required
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- One (1) year of experience may be substituted for required education.
